Candidate resumes, contact details, and interview notes are stored in the workspace database for the company that collected them. Team passwords are stored as salted hashes. Integration secrets are kept on the organization record and are not shown again after saving.

You can remove a team member from Settings. Deleting a workspace database file removes the local records for that installation.
