Application Engineer — New Delhi This role sits with clinics in Delhi NCR after a sale. You make AndroWash, AI AndroWash, and the IVF workflow usable by the people who run the lab. What you will do - Run application training for andrologists, embryologists, and lab technicians. - Set up the first clinical workflows and confirm the clinic can run them without you in the room. - Write the gaps you see between the product and the clinic's actual steps. - Support the sales team on technical questions during demonstrations in Delhi. - Revisit clinics when use drops or a new staff member joins. What you bring - An engineering or life-science degree, with experience in a clinical lab, IVF lab, or medical-device application role. - Patience to teach a procedure the same way every time. - Clear English and Hindi for clinician conversations. - Based in New Delhi and able to visit NCR clinics through the week.
